of the peace of the Said County in dischargeing one Robert
Jennison (before he had taken Bayle for the appearance of
the Said Robert Jennison< no role > at this present Generall Sessions)
the Said Robert Jennison< no role > Standing committed to New Prison
at Clerkenwell in this County for obstructing and
threatening James Sharpless< no role > Gent high Constable of
Holborne Division in the Said County in the execucon
of his Office, he being upon a Search by vertue of a
Warrant to him in that behalfe made for the discovery
of Street Robbers and other Malefactors.

Representacons to

Townshend and
Lord high Chancellor.

Whereas the Justices of the peace of this County this day
assembled in their Generall Sessions have Signed a
Representacon to the right honble. the Lord Viscount
Townshend one of his Maties. Principal Secretarys of State
of their proceedings in obedience to his Majestys comands
Signifyed by his Lordships Letter of the eighth day of October
last in order to discover and prevent Street robberys and
other felonys, and alsoe another Representacon to the
right honble. the Lord high Chancellor, touching an
irregular proceeding of Francis Jenison< no role > Esqr . one of the
Justices of the peace of this County, which respective
Representacons John Milner< no role > This name instance is in set 4214. Esqr . Chairman of this Court
is desired to deliver to their Lordships respectively, It is
Ordered by this Court that noe other Justice of the peace
of this County, than those who were this day present and
have already Signed the Said Representacons, be
permitted to Sign the Said Representacons or either
of them,
