said Mr. Fuller received by Vertue of the said
Rate severall Sumes of Money amounting
together to Ninety Nine pounds Eleven shillings
and one penny And that there is yet Standing
out and in Arrear from the Liberty of the
Tower within, the Liberty of the Tower without
the Parish of Trinity Minories & Holborne
Division within the said Hundred Severall
small Sumes of Money amounting together to
Eight Shillings and Eleven pence And that
the said Mr. Fuller paid to the said Daniel
Waite the Sumes of Forty eight pounds and
Twenty two pounds in full satisfaction of
the Moneys levyed on him as aforesaid,
and to Mr. John Rolfe< no role > Attorney at Law for
the Costs of defending the Action brought by
the said Bent in which the said Judgment
was obtained one pound fifteen shillings and
Six pence and to Mr. Henry Jacob< no role > upon
his Bill of Charges for Warrants and Orders
of Court and Coppys thereof, and delivering
the Same, and for his Attendances Labour
and Paines in Order to obtaine the Moneys
assessed by the said Rate the Sume of Six
pounds Eighteen Shillings and Six pence And
that there is remaining in the hands of the
said Mr. Fuller upon the ballance of his Account
the Sume of Twenty pounds Seventeen Shillings
and one penny This Court being Satisfyed of the
truth of the aforesaid Account of the said Mr.
Fuller, Doth allow of the pay of the said Sume
of Six pounds eighteen Shillings and Six pence and
his other payments above mentioned And doth
