of Holborne Division for threatning and obstructing him
in the execucon of his office in executing a warrant for
a private Search as aforesaid, But the Said Robert Jennison< no role >
could not be met with till Tuesday the twelfth day of
November last when the Said warrant was Served upon
him by the Informant Robert Nanny at the Three Cons
in or neare Drury Lane , which is (as the Said Nanny
informed the Committee) reputed to be a very disorderly
house, and he being apprehended thereupon was about
one in the morning carryed before Robert Midford< no role > Esqr
one of the Justices for this County, who insisting that
the Said Robert Jennison< no role > Should find two Substantiall
House keepers for Bail, and he not haveing any Bail ready
was remanded for the present to the Roundhouse , and
being afterwards on Wednesday the thirteenth of November
aforesaid carryed again before Mr. Midford, and was by
him committed to Newprison for the Said Offence, and
for want of Suretys by Mittimus of that date (which is
hereunto also annexed marked, 2,) who alsoe indorsed
upon the warrant to apprehend the Said Robert Jennison< no role >
a Note or Memorandum of his haveing Soe committed
him,

That on the next day being Thursday the fourteenth of
the Said November the above named Francis Jennison< no role >
Esqr . who lives in Surry, as the Committee was informed,
came and officiously made inquiry of the Informant
Nanny after the Prisoner Robert Jennison< no role > , And hearing
that he Stood committed as aforesaid Said he the Said
Francis Jennison< no role > was a Justice of the peace , and he
would discharge him, and desired he might have
liberty to take a copy (not of the Said committment but)
of the warrant to apprehend the Said Robert Jennison< no role > ,
And having got the Same into his hands Seemingly for
that purpose only, he indorsed thereon imediately an
