Order for drawing
up an Address
to his Majesty< no role >

It is Ordered by this Court (Nemine contradicente)
that an humble Address of the Justices of the Peace of
this County be presented to his present Majesty King
George the Second Condoling him upon the Death
of his late Majesty and congratulating him upon
his owne Accession to the Throne, And for that End
and purpose It is hereby recommended and referred
unto Sir Daniel Dolins< no role > Knight Sir Henry Penrice< no role >
Knight Sir Edward Lawrence< no role > Knight William< no role >
Dobyns Thomas Woodcock< no role > John Ellis< no role > William
Cotesworth and Charles Greenwood< no role > Esquires
Justices of the Peace for this County or any
three of them as a Committee to draw up and
prepare the said Address to be laid before this
Court on Thursday next, And this Court doth
desire that John Milner< no role > This name instance is in set 4214. Esquire Chairman of
this Court will be pleased to attend the Right
Honourable Thomas Holles< no role > Duke of Newcastle
Lord Lieutenant and Custos Rotuloram of this
County to know when and in what manner his
Majesty will please to be attended with the said
Address,

Order for the Report
touching the affair
of removing Prisoners
from New Prison etc
[..] Newgate to be
referred back to the
former Committee

It is Ordered by this Court that the Consideration of the
Report of the Committee touching the Affaire of
removeing Prisoners from New Prison at Clerkenwell
in this County to the Goal of Newgate be referred
back to the said Committee to the Intent that Such
Alteration (if necessary) may be made therein as
the said Committee Shall think fit,
