Order for Severall
High Constables to
attend the Court for
Non paymt. of Bridge Money
Upon Information given unto this Court that the
Severall Sumes of Money herein after mentioned
are yet due and in Arreare upon the Rate made for
Raising of Money for Repair of the Publique Bridges
in this County from the Severall High Constables
herein after Named (that is to say)

And that the said respective Sumes of Money ought to have
been long Since raised and levyed by the said respective
High Constables
of the Inhabitants of the severall
Parishes and Places upon which the Same Stand
charged and assessed within their respective Districts
and Divisions, and that the said high Constables have
neglected to pay the Same into the hands of Philip
Willshire
Esquire
the Treasurer
of the same, which
ought to have been done to Enable him to pay
the Moneys remaining due to the Workemen
employed in repairing the said Bridges, It is
Ordered by this Court that the said respective
High Constables
doe attend this Court on Saturday
next at three of the Clock in the afternoon to
Shew cause why they have not paid the said
severall Sumes of Money assessed upon the severall
Parishes and Places within their respective Divisions
unto the said Philip Willshire< no role >
, and hereof the said high
Constables are not to fail as they and every of them
will answer the Contrary at their Peril
