Bridge and other Publique Bridges in the said
County or Soe much of the said Sume as hath
been received by him the said John Jones< no role > , unto
Philip Willshire< no role > Esquire Treasurer of the
Same, And that an Indictment be preferred and
prosecuted against the said John Jones< no role > in
Case he doe not pay the Moneys by him
received for the purpose aforesaid unto the
Said Philip Willshire< no role > on or before Saturday
next at Three of the Clock in the after noon.

Order to inquire
into the Affair
of removeing
Prisoners from
New Prison etc
to Newgate,

Whereas by an Order made by the Court of Goal
Delivery of Newgate holden for the County of
Middlesex at Justice hall in the Old Baily in the
Suburbs of the City of London on Wednesday the
Twenty fifth day of May One thousand Seven
hundred and twenty Six. It was Ordered that
the Severall Keepers of New Prison at
Clerkenwell , of the Bridewell at Clerkenwell ,
of the Gate house at Westminster and of the House
of Correction at Westminster commonly called
Tutthill fields Bridewell should from thence
forward at least Six days before the opening of
every Succeeding Sessions of Goal Delivery of
Newgate held for the County of Middlesex
bring or cause to be brought unto his Majesties
Goal of Newgate and Deliver unto the Keeper
thereof or his Deputy all such Person or Persons
who Should be there after Committed to the Custody
of the said Severall Keepers of New Prison at
Clerkenwell , of the Bridewell at Clerkenwell , of
the Gate house at Westminster and of the House of
