there will not be a Convenience of holding the said
Sessions at Westminster Hall on the said Fifty day
of October next, It is therefore thought fitt and
Ordered by this Court that the said Sessions shall
beginn and be holden at Hicks hall in St. John Street
in this County on that day at Nine of the Clock in
the forenoon and be then adjourned to Westminster
Hall aforesaid to be there holden on Monday
the Nineth day of the Same Month of October
at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon At which
last mentioned day (Notwithstanding the precept
be made returnable as in form of Law it
ought to be on the First day of the Sessions)
the Sheriff of this County is hereby directed
to give Notice to the severall Coroners
Bailiffs Grand Jury High and Petty Constables
and others mentioned in the said Precept that
their Attendance will not be required the
First day of the Sessions but that they doe
appear before the Justices of the Peace for this
County at Westminster Hall aforesaid on the
said Ninth day of October at Nine of the
Clock in the forenoon to doe and receive what
shall be enjoyned them by the Court,

This Court being Informed that mention is
made in the London Gazett of the first day of
August One thousand Seven hundred and Twenty
Seven that the Address from the Justices of the
Peace of this County in Sessions assembled to
his present Majesty was presented by John
