of the said Worke, and see if the Same be well
and Sufficiently done and performed with good
Sound Oak Timber Iron and other Materialls
in a good Substantiall and Workman like manners
according to the tenor of the said Agreement And
If it shall appeare to the said Mr. Clitherow< no role >
that the said Work hath been Soe well and
Sufficiently done and performed in manner
aforesaid Then upon Certificate thereof
under the hand of the said Mr. Clitherow< no role >
Signifying the same It is Ordered by this
Court that Philip Willshire< no role > Esquire Treasurer
of the Money raised for Repaire of the
Publique Bridges of this County be and he is
hereby desired and directed thereout to
pay unto the said William Fosten< no role > the said
Sume of Thirty Pounds in full of his said
demand whose Receipt together with this
Order and the said Certificate shall be a
Sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer
for Such Payment

Constable within the same Hundred hath
Executed the said Office for the Space of
three Yeares and upwards and ought to be
discharged from the same, This Court doth
