to agree with and take a Contract
from an able and Sufficient Workman
for his Banding the Six Rows of Piles
three on Each side of the Barge Lock
of the said Bridge with a Band of
good Sound Oak Timber Nine Inches
by Seven Inches and to Chock
Each corner Pile and the Same to be
placed and fastned with sufficient
Iron work and done in a good
Substantiall and Workman like
manner for any Sume of Money not
exceeding the Sume of Thirty Pounds
