Executrix of the said Mr. Offley in part of the said Moneys due
to the said Mr. Offley and that there is still remaining due to
the said Mrs. Offley the Sume of fourty nine pounds seventeen
shillings and two pence, And It being prayed on behalfe
of the said Mrs. Offley that the same may be paid unto her,
It is Ordered by this Court that the said present Treasurers
be and they are hereby desired to produce and lay their
accounts of the Toll Money of the said Hay-Markett by
them received and of their disbursments thereout, and
of what Money (if any) is remaining in their hands,
before the Court of the next Generall Sessions of the peace
to be holden for this County by Adjornment on Thursday
the eighth day of December next being the County day
of the same Sessions at one of the clock in the afternoon
And that the said Treasurers will be pleased in the mean
time to consider of some proper method for reimburseing
and paying the said Sume of Fourty nine pounds seventeen
shillings and two pence to the said Mrs. Offley, and this
Court doth require the said Mr. Stothard to attend the
Court at the time aforesaid.

of worke already done &
materialls used in & about
rebuilding such part of
Chertsea Bridge as is in
Middx and touching the
Trears payment of Money
to the Workmen}

Upon information given unto this Court by Philip Willshire< no role >
Esqr one of his Maties Justices of the peace of this County and
Treasurer of the moneys raised for repaire of the publique
Bridges of this County that William Butler< no role > and John
Mills the Workmen (who have by Articles of agreement dates
the thirteenth day of June last contracted with severall of his
Maties Justices of the peace of this County to rebuild such part
of Chertsea Bridge as is in the said County) desire to be paid
the Sume of two hundred twenty six pounds thirteen shillings
and four pence payable to them by the said Articles after the
aforesaid part of the said Bridge should be wholly planked
the said Workmen alledgeing that they have soe farr duely
performed their worke and found materialls for the sames
