Chairman of the Court for
his Charge, and desireing
him to cause the same to be
Printed}

Forasmuch as the Charge this day given by Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role >
Knt . Chairman of this Court to the Grand Jury and other
Jurys Assembled at this present Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace holden for the County of Middlesex Is a learned
and excellent Charge fully demonstarting the happyness
of our Constitution under the auspicious Reign of his
present Majesty and in the enjoyment of wife and
prudent Laws whereby the Lives Libertys and propertys
of his Majestys Subjects are secured and hanious and
Wicked Offenders are punished according to their demerits.
It is Ordered by this Court that the thanks of this Court be
and the same are hereby given to the said Sr. Daniel
Dolius for his said Charge, And this Court doth desire
that he will be pleased to cause the same to be Printed.

Order concerning the
accot. of the Toll Money
of the Hay-Markett }

Upon information given unto this Court that there was
due by [..] account stated the twenty second day of April
one thousand seven hundred and twenty one unto John
Offley
< no role > Esqr (since deceased) then Treasurer of the Moneys
ariseing by the Toll for hay and Straw brought to and sold
in the Hay-Markett in the parish of St. Martin in the fields
and St. James Westmr in this County the Sume of seventy
two pounds six shillings and one penny the same
haveing been by him disbursed for repaireing the pavement
of the said Hay Markett and that noe part thereof was
paid to the said Mr. Offley in his life time, but that since
his decease the Sume of twenty two pounds eight shillings
and eleven pence was paid by Mr Philip Stothard< no role > Clerke
to the right honble. the Lord William Powlett< no role > and John
Ellis
< no role > Esqr present Treasurers of the Toll Money of the said
Hay-Markett in pursuance of an Order made in April
Sessions last unto Mrs. Mary Offley< no role > Widdow Relict and
