It is Ordered by this Court that the Title of
the Address to his Majesty< no role > upon the present
posture of Affaires be-The humble Address
of the Deputy Lieutenants and the Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
And that the said Address be presented
by the Chairman of this Sessions,

Lord Lieutenant and Custos Rotulorum
of this County of Middlesex with the

And to desire that the same may be
presented to his Majestie by the said
Justices with the said Chairman at
