Fees which would have been payable to them on the
panting of such licences as aforesaid, It is Ordered by this
Court that it be and It is hereby recomended and referred
unto Henry Barker< no role > James Clitherow< no role > Reginald Marriott< no role >
Charles Keere< no role > John Venner< no role > Richard Bulstrode< no role > Rupert
Browne John Gumley< no role > John Wilson< no role > John Crookshant< no role >
and Nicholas Bland< no role > Esqr Justices of the peace for this
County or any two of them as a Committee to assemble
and meet together at the Red Lyon Inn in New Brentford
on Tuesday the second day of August next at ten of
the clock in the forenoon, And to examine if any and
what Sume or Sumes of money have been exacted
and received by the said Francis Geary< no role > of any person
or persons inhabiting within the said Division and
whom by name, and when, Upon pretence that he the
said Francis Geray< no role > would procure for them respectively
licences form two Justices of the peace of this County
for their selling of Beer, ale, Brandy and other Distilled
liquors by retail for the year aforesaid, or upon any other
and what pretence, And whether the said Geary
procured for them such licences of not, and the said
Francis Geary< no role > and all other persons concerned are
hereby required to attend the said Justices of the peace
or any two of them touching the premisses at the Red
Lyon Inn in New Brentford aforesaid on the said second
day of August next at ten of the clock in the forenoon and
at such other times as they shall appoint.
