Trear of Vagrant money
to pay £150 to Hen: Mackris< no role >
one of the high Constables
within the Hundred of
Edmonton }

Whereas the sume of ninety pounds was by vertue of an order
made at the Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden
for this County by Adjornment on Thursday the eighth
day of April one thousand seven hundred and twenty five
Ordered to paid by Thomas Jones< no role > Gentl Treasurer of
Moneys raised for passing of Vagrants unto Henry
Mackris for the allowance made him for his trouble and
expences in passing and releiving of Vagrants for
one Year and an halfe ending at Michaelmas one
thousand seven hundred and twenty four, And
whereas the further Sume of fourty five pounds being
due to the said Henry Mackris< no role > for three quarters of a yeares
salary for the like service ending at midsumer one
thousand seven hundred and twenty five It was by an
Order made at the Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace
holden for this County by adjornment on Thursday the
first day of July in the same year ordered that the said
Treasurer should pay the Sume of thirty pounds unto
the said Henry Mackris< no role > in part of the moneys due to
him for the service aforesaid which severall Sumes of
ninety Pounds and fourty five Pounds amount together
to the Sume of one hundred and thirty five pounds, Now
Forasmuch as this Court is satisfyed that the said
Henry Mackris< no role > hath received the sume of thirty
pounds only by vertue of the said last mentioned order
in part of the said sume of one hundred and thirty five
pounds soe that there is still resting due to the said
Henry Mackris< no role > the sume of one hundred and five pounds
for the service aforesaid at midsumer one thousand seven
hundred and twenty five, and there being due to him the
further Sume of fourty five pounds for three quarters of
a Yeares salary for the like service at Lady day one
thousand seven hundred and twenty six, which
together with the said sume of one hundred and five
pounds soe resting due to him as aforesaid amounts in
