It is Ordered by this Court that it be and It is hereby recomended
and referred unto the former Committee (vizt.) James Clitherow< no role >
William Cotesworth sen John Ellis< no role > Thomas West< no role > Philip Willshire< no role >
Nicholas Bland< no role > Esqrs St. John Gonson< no role > Knt. Thomas Milner Alexander< no role >
Ward John Kyrby and John Mercer< no role > Esqrs Justices of the peace of this
County and alsoe unto Robert Thornhill< no role > Richard Gifford< no role > and
William Ellis< no role > Esqrs others of his Maties Justices of the peace for
the said County or any three or more of them to survey the
worke already done in and about rebuilding the aforesaid part
of the said Bridge And to see what materialls have been used
in and about the doeing of the said worke And if upon such
survey it shall appear to the said Justices or any three or more
of them that the said worke hath been well and sufficiently
performed with good sound Oaken Timber, planks and all
other materialls in a substantiall and workmanlike manner
according to the intent of the said Articles, Then upon Certificate
thereof by them given under their hands This Court doth in
such case Order and direct the said Treasurer to pay the said
Sume of two hundred twenty six pounds thirteen shillings
and four pence unto the said William Butler< no role > and John Mills< no role > ,
pursuant to the aforesaid Articles of Agreement whose receipt
together with this Order and the said Certificate shall be a
sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment
P Adjorn Jovis 13o. Octobris 1726 .

referred unto Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > Knt. Robert
Thornhill and William Cotesworth senr Esqrs Justices
of the peace for this County or two of them to inspect
and adjust the accompt of Robert Hardisty< no role > Gentl
late Deputy Clerke of the peace of this County
of the Colt money, Honour money and sockett
money by him received of the Justices of the peace
