Order for referring the
matter of the Peticon of
Ann Nisbitt< no role > widow of
Mr. Albert Nisbitt< no role > to
the Committee of takeing
the Trears accts.}

It is Ordered by this Court that the matter of the petition of
Anne Nisbitt< no role > Widow of Albert Nisbitt< no role > late of new Brentford in
this County Gentl deceased (praying that this Count will
be pleased to Order her the payment of the Sume of Six
pounds fifteen shillings due to her said late Husband
for moneys by him expended at severall meetings of the
Justices of the peace of this County appointed to view
the repaires wanting to Brentford and Chertsea Bridges in
this County and for busyness by him done) be referred to the
consideration of the Committee of his maties Justices of the
peace of this County appointed by order made at this
present Sessions to audite the accompts of the Treasurers
of the said County, which Committee is desired to report
their opinions touching the premisses unto the Court of
Generall Quarter or Generall Sessions of the peace of
this County.

Complaint being made into this Court that Francis Geary< no role >
hath illegally exacted and received in the year one
thousand seven hundred and twenty five divers Sumes
of money of a great many persons who kept comon Alehouses
or Victualling houses in new Brentford Division in this
County without licence under pretence that he the said
Geary would procure licences from two Justices of the
peace to allow such persons to keep comon Alehouses or
Victualling houses and to sell beer Ale Brandy and other
distilled Liquors by retail for the year aforesaid, Whereas
the said Geary did not procure for such persons any such
licences, but hath converted the moneys by him received
of them to his owne use, see that by that meanes his Maty
is defrauded of the Duty which would have been payable
to him for such licences, and alsoe the Clerke of the peace
of this County and Justices Clerkes and defrauded of their
