respective Treasurers and Accomptants that they produce their
said accompts before the said Committee at the times and
place aforesaid, And this Court doth order that the Cryer of
this Court or his Agent doe give two days notice or more to the
said Committee of Justices that they are defined to meet at
Hicks Hall aforesaid on the said twentyeth day of October next
at ten of the clock in the forenoon to take the accompts of the
Treasurers and Accomptants above mentioned, And the said
Committee is desired to certify a state of the said accompts unto
the Court of Generall or Quarter Sessions of the peace for this
County, And this Court is of opinion And doth further Order
that the respective Sumes of money which shall be found
resting in the hands of the said respective Treasurers and
Accomptants or such part thereof as the Court shall think
fit to be paid into the hands of the said St. Daniel Dolius< no role >
(whom this Court doth desire and appoint to be Treasurer of
the same) at such times and in such manner as the said
Committee of Justices or any three of them shall appoint to
be subject to the Orders of the Court of Generall or Quarter
Sessions of the peace for this County touching the disposall
thereof, And It is further Ordered by this Court that a
Committee be appointed at the next Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be holden for this County after Michaelmas
yearly for inspecting auditing and adjusting the accompts
of the Treasurers and other accomptants chargeable for the
moneys by them received for the use of this County.

It is Ordered by this Court that the accompt of William James< no role >
Atlee Gentl late high Constable within the Hundred of
Elthorne in this County be referred to the consideration
of the Committee of his Maties Justices of the peace of
this County who are appointed by Order made at this
present Sessions to audite the accompts of the Treasurers
of the said County.
