erecting the said Starlings and finding timber and all other
materialls for that purpose will amount to the furthe Sume
of ninety pounds or thereabouts over and above the Sume of
Six hundred and eighty pounds above mentioned, as by the
said Report relation being thereunto had may more at large
appeare, This Court upon consideration had of the premisses
Doth Order that the aforesaid Report and the matters and
things therein specifyed be ratifyed and confirmed and the
same are hereby ratifyed and confirmed accordingly, And as to
to the erecting and placeing of Starlings for secureing the
aforesaid part of the said Bridge It is Ordered by this Court that
it be and it is hereby recomended and referred back to the said
Comittee (vizt.) James Clitherow< no role > Esqr Sr. John Gonson< no role > Knt. William
Cotesworth said John Ellis< no role > Thomas West< no role > Philip Willshire< no role >
Nicholas Bland< no role > Thomas Milner< no role > Alexander Ward< no role > John Kyrby< no role >
and John Mercer< no role > Esqr Justices of the peace for this County or any
three or more of them to treat with and take a contract from
Workmen for the erecting and placeing of Starlings in a good
substantiall and Workmanlike manner for secureing such
part of the aforesaid Bridge as is in this County and to find good
sound timber and all other materialls for the doeing thereof in
such manner as the said Justices of the peace or any three of
them shall think fitt.

This Court being informed that severall comon players of
Interludes have for several yeares used and accustomed to
assemble and meet together at or neare a certaine place called
Tattenhoe als Tattenhall als Tottenham Court in the parish of
St. Pancrass in this County, and to erect Booths, and Exhibite and
act Drolls, and use and exercise unlawfull games and plays,
whereby great numbers of his Maties Subjects have been
encouraged to assemble and meet together, and to committ riots
and other misdemeanours in breach of his Maties peace and to
the disturbance of the Neighbourhood of that place, and that
some of the said players of interludes and other evil disposed
persons are now seeking out and contracting for ground in or
neare Tattenhoe als Tattenhall als Tottenham Court aforesaid
