His Maties Justices of the peace for this County now
assembled at this present Generall Sessions of the peace
holden for the said County Do (nemine contradicente) elect
and continue Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > Knt . Chairman of the
Generall Quarter and General Sessions of the peace for
this County for the halfe yeare next ensueing.

Upon reading two of Affidavits of Oliver Lambart< no role > Esqr and
William Ellis< no role > Esqr two of his Maties Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex It appeareth to this Court that
one John Simmons< no role > of the parish of St. Margaret Westmr
Joiner and one Robert Bransby< no role > of the same parish
Apothecary (upon their being brought on the thirteenth
day of August last before the said Mr. Lambart as a Justice
of the peace and charged upon Oath for assaulting and
beating Hugh Catherall< no role > a Constable as he was
attending at the Turnpike gates erected Eastward of
Hyde parke to take the Toll Duties he being appointed
for that purpose in pursuance of a late Act of Parliament)
were guilty of entragious insolent and abusive expressions
and misbehaviour, and more particularly that the
said John Simmons< no role > reflected very highly on the
Government and Legislature expressed himself in a
Seditions manner and cursed the Parliament for
makeing the said Turnpike Act, It is Ordered by this
Court that the aforesaid affidavits of the said Mr.
Lambart and Mr Ellis be laid before one of his Maties
principall Secretarys of State, and that St. Daniel
Dolius
< no role > Knt. Chairman of this Court and alsoe the
said Mr. Lambart and Mr. Ellis be and they are hereby
desired to attend the secretary of State with the same.
