Denmark street Joseph Hayne< no role > and Alexander Ward< no role > Esqr
(who were nominated as a Committee by an Order made in
January Sessions 1722 to inspect and adjust the accompts of the
Treasurers and Accomptants therein mentioned) and alsoe
St. Henry Pennice< no role > Knt. Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > James Clitherow< no role > and
John Venner< no role > Esqr Justices of the peace for the said County or
any three or more of them be and they are hereby appointed
a Committee to inspect audite and adjust the accompts of
the severall Treasurers of this County and other persons who
are chargeable as Accomptants for the moneys by them
received for the publique use of the said County, and to
examine if any what arreares are standing out and
unreceived upon the publique Rates made by the Generall
Quarter or Generall Sessions of the peace for this County,
and what high Constables have made default in not
paying the same to the respective Treasurers, And It is
hereby recomended and referred unto the said Committee
of Justices or any three or more of them to assemble and
meet together for the purpose aforesaid at Hicks Hall
in St. John Street in this County on Thursday the
twentyeth day of October next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon and at such other times as they shall appoint,
And to the end that the said accompts may be adjusted the
said respective Treasurers and Accomptants are hereby
required to attend the said Committee of Justices at
Hicks Hall aforesaid on the said twentyeth day of October
next at ten of the clock in the forenoon and at such other
times as they shall appoint, and to produce before them
the accompts of the moneys received by the said respective
Treasurers and Accomptants and of their disbursments
thereout, and of what arreares are standing out and
unreceived upon the Rates aforesaid, and of what
high Constables have made default in not paying the
same to the said respective Treasurers And the Clerke
of the peace of this County or his Deputy is to send
notice by the Cyrer of this Court or his Agent to the said
