Saturday next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon to shew cause
why he hath not paid the Moneys assessed upon the severall
parishes and places in the said Division for relief of maimed
Soldiers
and Mariners

Report concerning the
repairing of Hicks Hall
Etc}
Wee whose names are hereunto subscribed Justices of the peace
for the County of Middx being of the Committee appointed by two
severall Orders of Court (Vizt.) the one made in February Sessions
1722 and the other in July Sessions 1723 concerning the repairing
of the Sessions house of this County called Hicks Hall in St. John
Street
in the said County and Offices thereto belonging, and the
altering and enlargeing the Court, and makeing additional
buildings to the said house, and for the provideing of Tables,
chaires
, curtains and other Furniture for the said Sessions house
fit for the accomodation of the Justices of the peace
of this County
and for directing the payment of such Sumes of Money as wee
should think requisite to be advanced for the purposes aforesaid
Doe hereby Certify to the Court of Generall Sessions of the peace
holden for this County that in Order to have the said repaires,
alterations, additional buildings and work done and
performed the respective Workmen who delivered in their
proposalls for doing the same (except
