attend the Court
on Saturday 5th.
of March 1725 .

I haveing writt a Letter to you some time since in
pursuance of an Order made at the last Generall
Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden for Middlesex
at Hickshall to acquaint you that the Court
desired you would please to Dine at Hickshall
on Thursday the third day of March instant being
the County day of this present Generall Sessions, and
after Dinner to answer a Complaint against you
for detaining the Book wherein the Minutes
or Orders of the Petty Sessions at Edgeware are
entred, and you not being then present at Hickshall
the Court directed me to write another Letter to
you to desire you would please to Dine here on
this Fourth day of March instant and after
Dinner to answer the said Complaint, But you
not comeing to Hickshall on this day the Court
Supposeing you may have been prevented by
your attendance in Parliament hath Ordered me
to write to you againe to desire you will please
to Dine at Hickshall on Saturday the Fifth
day of March instant at one of the Clock in the
afternoon, and after Dinner to answer the
Complaint aforesaid, I am

last Generall Quarter Sessions and alsoe to the Court
of this present Generall Sessions of the Peace holden
for this County of Middlesex against Nicholas
Philpott
< no role > Esquire one of the Justices of the Peace of
the said County for detaining the Book wherein
