(over and above what they had contracted for as aforesaid) were
requisite and necessary to be done before the said repaires,
additionall Buildings and alterations could be compleated and
finished as they ought to be done wee did give directions to the
Workmen for the doeing thereof and cause the same accordingly
to be done, Soe that the bills of the severall workmen by reason
of such over worke doe exceed the sumes for which they
respectively contracted as aforesaid And that it may the
more readily appear how much the charge of the said over
worke doth exceed the severall sumes soe contracted for by the
respective Workmen wee have herein after set down in distinct
columns, First the Sums contracted for, secondly the amount
of the Workmens bills including the ever Woke, and thirdly
the charge of the ever worke in each respective bill,
