the Minutes or Orders of the Petty Sessions of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace of this County,
holden at Edgeware in the said County are
entred, which Book (as was alledged) is of very
great use and importance to the Justices of the
Peace before whom the said Petty Sessions are
holden, And severall Letters haveing been
written and Sent by the Clerke of the Peace of
this County by direction of the Court to the said
Mr. Philpott desireing him to appeare at this
present Generall Sessions to answer the said
Complaint, And he neglecting soe to doe It is
Ordered by this Court (Nemine contradicente)
that it be And It is hereby recomended and
referred to his Majesties Justices of the Peace for
this County residing within the Hundred of Gore
in the same County or any three or more of them
to draw up a Representation to the Right Honoble:
the Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain against
the said Mr. Philpott relateing to his conduct in
Concealing the said Book and to his Neglect in
not attending this Court pursuant to the said
Letters And that the Draught of the said
Representation be laid before the Court of
the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the
Peace for this County at Hickshall on Thursday
the Twenty first day of April next being the
County day of the same Sessions at three of the
Clock in the afternoon, for the further direction
of the Court touching the same, And that Notice
be given to the said Mr. Philpott to be present
at the same Sessions at Hickshall at the
Time aforesaid,
