sent to the said Mr Philpott to desire he will dine at
Hickshall on Friday the fourth day of March instant
at one of the Clock in the afternoon, and after
Dinner to answer the said Complaint,

The Court of the last Generall Quarter Sessions of the
Peace holden for the County of Middlesex at Hickshall
haveing directed me to write a Letter to you to desire
you would please to dine at Hickshall on this day
being the County day of this present General Sessions
and after dinner to answer a complaint against you
for detaining the Book wherein the Minutes or
Orders of the Petty Sessions at Edgeware are
entred which Letter was delivered unto you, But you
not being present at Hickshall this day the Court
imagines you may have been prevented by your
attendance in Parliament And therefore desires you
will please to dine here to morrow at one of the Clock in
the afternoon and after dinner to answer the said
Complaint,

It is Ordered by this Court that John Morgan< no role > late
Clerk attending the Petty Sessions of his Majestyes
Justices of the Peace of this County holden at
Edgeware in the said County doe attend this Court
at Hickshall in St. John Street in this County on
Saturday the Fifth day of March instant at three of
the Clock in the afternoon to answer to such Matters
and Things as on his Majestyes behalfe shall be
Objected against him and particularly for
detaining the Book wherein the Minuates or
Orders of the said Petty Sessions are Entred,
