and declare (Nemine contradicente) that the said book is the
book belonging to the said speciall Sessions and ought to be from
time to time produced to and inspected by the Justices of peace
to be assembled at the speciall Sessions to be holden for the said
Hundred And doth Order the same accordingly, And It is further
Ordered by this Court that all former Orders relateing to the
detaining or concealing the aforesaid book be and the same
are hereby vacated and discharged

peace holden for this County by Adjournment on Thursday the
thirteenth day of January last It was recomended and referred

Esqr Justices of the peace for this County or any three or more of
them as a Committee to inspect three severall Accompts therein
menconed of the right honble the Lord William Pawlett< no role > and
John Ellis< no role > of St. James's Esqr Treasurers of the Moneys ariseing by the
toll for hay and straw brought to and sold in the Hay Market
in the parishes of St. Martin in the Fields and St. James Westmr
in this County, And to report their opinions touching the same
and particularly touching the Sume of ten pounds charged in
each of the said accounts to the Treasurers Clerke and for books
and paper, which they were to inquire into and report specially
to the Court of Generall or Quarter Sessions of the peace for this
County And Whereas the said Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role > John Milner< no role > This name instance is in set 4214.
and John Fuller< no role > Esqrs have reported unto this Court that they
haveing mett together on the twentyeth day of April instant
and examined into the affaires recomended to them do find that
the four severall accounts of the said Lord Pawlett and John
Ellis Esqr as Treasurers of the Hay Market begining the second
day of May one thousand seven hundred and twenty one and
ending the twenty fourth day of June one thousand seven
