The whole Charge of Taking Down the Old Timber drawing
the Old piles Rebuilding the Bridge with the Scantlings
abovementioned finding all Iron Work Workmanshipp
painting and Gravell will amount to about, Six hundred
and Fifty pounds.

Bridge Money Etc

} It is Ordered by this Count that Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > Knt . Chairman
of this Court be and he is hereby desired to audit & adjust the
account of Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role > Knt . deceased late Treasurer of the
Moneys raised for repair of the publique Bridges in this County,
And to see what Sume or Sumes of Money he received for that
purpose, and what he hath paid and disbursed out of the same,
And if any and what Sume of Money was resting due from the
said Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role > at the time of his decease upon the ballance
of such account, And in case it shall appeare that any Sume of
Money was remaining due from him Upon such ballance
This Court doth Desire and direct Mr William Tillard< no role > Brother
and Executor of the last Will and Testament of the said Sr. Isaac
Tillard
< no role > to pay the same to the said Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > to be
Subject to the Orders of the Court of Generall or Quarter Sessions
of the peace for this County touching the disposeall thereof,
And that the receipt of the said Sr. Daniel Dolius< no role > together with
this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Mr Tillard
for such payment.
