Chairman for his
Charge Etc

This Court considering that the Charge this
day given by whitelock Bulstrode< no role > Esqr . the
Chairman is a learned Charge very much
tending to the propagateing of vertue Doth
(Nemine contradicente) order that the thanks
of this Court be and they are hereby given
to the said Chairman for the same, And
doth desire that for the publique good he will
cause his said Charge to be printed.

Order for vacating a
Report concerning
Trophy Money and
several Orders relating
thereunto}

Whereas by Order made at the General Quarter Sessions of the
peace holden for this County on Monday the second day of
July last It was recomended and referred unto several
Justices of the peace of this County or any three of them as
a Comittee to meet at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in this Court
on Tuesday the third day of the same Month of July at,
ten of the clock in the forenoon and at such other times as
they should think fit to examine and state the accompts of
the Trophy money last raised levyed or collected in this
County for any preceding year, And to certify such examination
of the said accompts under their hands upon the Inquiry by
them made of what Sumes have been raised and how disposed
off, when perfected, And Whereas a Report was made by
the said Comittee and several Orders were made thereupon
for drawing and presenting a Representation to the Lord
Lieutenant and Custos Retulorum of this County on the
matters contained in the said Report, And a Representation
was accordingly prepared and agreed [..] to in January
Sessions last past, but hath not been presented to the said
Lord Lieutenant, And Whereas the said Report was not made
nor the said Representation Ordered in full Sessions according
to the usual Methods but upon an adjourned day and in the
Morning when very few Justices were present, and without
any opportunity given by the said Sessions to the Deputy
