prison belonged to the said John Markwick< no role > and what to
Gilpin Markwick< no role > deced the preceding Keeper, And to make an
Order (if they shall think proper) for delivering to the said
Frances Markwick< no role > the goods in question or such part thereof
as they shall think fit, And to report an accompt of their
proceedings and their opinions touching the premises unto
the Court at the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to
be holden for this County.

Resolution of the Court
that Tho: Pindar< no role > Esqr
is well affected to his
Maty King George and
his Government}

Complaint having been made by Thomas Pindar< no role > Esqr one of
his Maties Justices of the peace for this County that on Thursday
last some words were made use of in the presence of the
Justices of the peace of this County on that day assembled at
Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the said County after dinner
affirming or insinuating the said Mr Pindar to be a person
disaffected to his Maty King George and his Government It [..]
resolved by this Court that it is the unanimous opinion of
this Court that the said Mr Pindar is a Gentl very well and
Zealously affected to the person and Government of his most
sacred Maty King George and the protestant Succession as by
Law established and hath distinguished himself by his Zeal
for the same upon all occasions and that such assertions and
infirmations are utterly groundless.
