Lieutenants of being heard against the same, his Maties
Justices of the peace now at this present General Quarter Sessions
assembled having considered of the said Report and
Representation and of the time and manner wherein the
same were made and Ordered And also of the several Orders made
thereupon Doe. Declare and Resolve, Nomine Contravicente
that the Representation aforesaid be neither signed nor
delivered to the said Lord Lieutenant, And do Order that the
said recited Order made on the said second day of July last and
the aforesaid Report and Representation and all other Orders
and proceedings heretofore made relateing either to the said
Report or Representation or in pursuance of them be and the
same are hereby vacated and discharged.

This Court being apprehensive that the under Sheriff of this
County and his under Officers have not performed their several
dutys in relation to the said Office in such manner as they
ought to have done and that some indirect practices have been
by them or some of them comitted in relation to the said Office,
Doth Order that it be and it is hereby recomended and referred
unto Sr. Thomas Hewett< no role > Sr. Henry Bateman< no role > Sr. John Gonson< no role >
Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role > Knts . Robert Thornhill< no role > John Milner< no role > This name instance is in set 4214. Samuel
Sanders Thomas Jett William Cotesworth Senr and William
Kingsford Esqrs Justices of the peace for this County or any
three or more of them to assemble and meet together at such
times and places as they shall think fit and to inquire into the
conduct of the under Sheriff and his under Officers in the
execution of the said Office, and if any and what offences or
indirect practices have been by them or any and which of
them comitted in relation to such office, And for that purpose
to convene before them such persons as they shall think fit
and to examine them touching the same, And to report an
accompt of their proceedings in the premises unto his Maties
Justices of the peace for this County in their General or
Quarter Sessions.
