And to receive the proposealls of such Workmen for the doeing thereof
and for what Sumes of Money they will undertake and agree to do
the same, And that Mr John Hallam< no role > and Mr George Sampson< no role >
persons experienced in Building and who by direction of the said
Justices were employed to take a view of the premises and see what
was necessary to be done relateing thereunto according to the intent
of the said Order, have attended the said Justices, and produced
before them the proposealls of severall Workmen herein after
mentioned and affirmed to the said Justices that they have discoursed
such Workmen thereupon, and that the prices therein menconed
are according to the best of their Judgment reasonable, the totall of
the Sume menconed in each proposeall being as fol (Vizt.)

And that the said Workmen are willing to enter into Articles for the
performing of the said Work in a workmanlike and Substantiall
manner for the prices above mentioned, and that in case any
dispute or difference shall arise about the goodness of the
Workmanship or Materialls or any other difference happen
relateing to the contracts with the said Workmen in relation to the
premises That then the said Workmen will Submitt the matter
in dispute to two such indifferent persons as the Court of Sessions
of the peace for this County shall in that behalfe nominate
and appoint, and it further appears by the said Report that
there are wanting some alterations to be made in the office of
the Clerkes of the Indictments and a new Bayle dock to be made
and fitted up at the right hand of the gateway entring in at the
great Gates of the Court Yard belonging to the said Sessions
house; the expence of which will amount to about ten pounds,
which being added to the said Sume of Six hundred Sixty five
pounds seventeen shillings and six pence will amount in the
whole to the Sume of Six hundred seventy five pounds seventeen
Shillings and Six pence, And that the said John Hallum< no role > and
George Sampson< no role > have informed the said Committee that the
allowance for the old materialls will reduce the said Sume of
