Six hundred seventy five pounds seventeen shillings and Six
pence to the Sume of Six hundred and ten pounds, And it,
also appears by the said Report that the said work or Service
may be performed at several times within the intervalls of
the Sessions without any obstruction to publique Business or
chooseing any other place for holding the Sessions,This Court
upon consideration of the matters specifyed in the said Report,
Doth order that the said Report be and the same is hereby
ratifyed and confirmed, And that the thanks of this Court [..] and
they are hereby given to the said Comittee of Justices for [..]
considerable a progress by them made and the service by them
done in relation to the premises, And that the Comittee of
Justices named in the said Order of the eighteenth day of

five or more of them be and they are hereby authorized to enter
into such contract or contracts with the persons above named
for their repairing of the said Sessions house and office
thereto belonging, and the altering and enlargeing the
Court, and makeing additional buildings to the said house
in a convenient substantial and workmanlike manner, as
they shall think proper and effectual for that end and purpose
to the intent that the said intended work may be done and
performed with all convenient speed, And to the end that
the Workmen to be named in such contract or contracts may
be enabled to proceed in the finding materialls and doeing
and performing of the work to be them respectively done
and performed in pursuance of such contract or contracts
It is further Ordered by this Court that the said Sr. Daniel
Dolius doe out of the moneys remaining in his hands as
Treasurer for Maimed Soldiers and Mariners within the
Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton and Gore in this County
and out of such other moneys as shall be paid into his hands
by Thomas Jones< no role > Gentl Treasurer of moneys raised
within the same Hundreds for the Marshalsea King's
bench and hospitals, advance and pay to the said Workmen
such sumes of money as shall be necessary to be advanced
for carrying on the said Work and finding materials for tha [..]
purpose, And as to what further Sumes of money shall
