Whereas by Order made at the Generall Quarter
Sessions of the peace holden at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street
in & for the County of Middx by adjornmt. on
Thursday the seventeenth day of January last It
was Ordered that a Representacon to the most noble

raiseing & managemt. of Trophy money in the
said County as the same was then drawn should
be ingrossed and that the same should be presented
to the sd. Duke of Newcastle
, according to the direccon
of an Order made at the Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace holden for this County by adjornmt.
on the third day of December last, at such time
as his Grace would be pleased to appoint to receive
the same, now upon debate had by this Court
touching the signing & presenting of the said
Representacon, Forasmuch as the Justices of the
peace who voted on the said seventeenth day
of January last for the signing & presenting of
the said Representacon doe not now appeare
to sign the same, tho' they & the rest of the
Justices of the peace of this County had notice given
them to appeare at Hicks hall
aforesaid on this
twenty second day of February instant to sign
the same And for that there are only a small
number of Justices now present, This Court doth
therefore Resolve that the signing of the said
Representacon be suspended untill further
consideracon,
