Offences; the said Justices of the Peace do also oblige
the Person or Persons (upon whose Oath such offenders
shall be so charged) or such other Person or Persons
as they shall think proper to enter into Recognizance
of sufficient Penalty to prefer an Indictment or
Indictments, and give Evidence thereupon to the Grand
Jury against such Offenders at the then next Sessions
of Peace, or Sessions of Oyer and Terminer to be holden
for this County for the Offences by them committed.
and also to appear and give Evidence against such
Offenders to the Court and the Jury, upon Tryal of
their respective Traverses on such Indictments, at
the Same or any subsequent Sessions, pursuant to
Notice of Tryal to be given in Writing by the said
Offenders to such Prosecutors and Witnesses and not
to depart the Court without License; To the end
that the Persons guilty of such Offences as aforesaid
may be effectually Prosecuted, Convicted and
Punished for the same. And it is further Ordered
by this Court, that this Order be Printed and that
Printed Copies of the same be delivered by the Cryer
of this Court to the Justices of the Peace of this County.

triall of their traverses an Indictments preferred against
them for Offences and misdemeanors, It is Ordered
by this Court that the Sheriff of this County for the time
being do hereafter cause one of his Bailiffs to attend
the Courts of Sessions of Peace and Sessions of Oyer
and Terminer to be holden for this County and to take
care that no Person or Presons who shall appear and be
present in Court on triall of his her or their respective
traverses on any Indictment or Indictments against
them for any Offence or misdemeanor whatsoever doe
escape out of or depart the Court without the License
