annexed to such Lease and the Counterpart thereof, And this
Court doth further Order that the Trustees above named
(upon such Surrender and payment of the said Summ of
One Hundred Pounds for a Fine at aforesaid) be and they
are hereby desired and directed to Seale and Execute
Such Lease as aforesaid unto the said John Bellers< no role > John
Hopes Daniel Vandervall John Baker< no role > John Constantine< no role >
Jacob Hagen< no role > Robert Frame and Robert Emmerson< no role > , who
are to Seale and Execute a Counterpart thereof.

Upon Peruseall of the accompt of Mrs. Frances Seymour< no role > wife
of Christopher Seymour< no role > Gents Housekeeper of Hicks hall &
Cryer of this Court of moneys by her disbursed for
coales & fees for Venison for the use of his Maties. Justices of
the peace for this County amounting in the whole to the
Sume of eleven pounds & Five Shillings, This Court
doth allow of the said accompt, And doth order
that Robert Hardisty< no role > Gents Deputy Clerke of the
peace of this County Doe out of the publique moneys
by him reced for the use of this County pay the said
Sume of eleven pounds & Five Shillings unto the Sd.
Frances Seymour< no role > , whose receipt together with this
Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Mr.
Hardisty for such paymt.
