Then if he the said Adam Harker< no role > shall forthwith an
peaceably deliver up and quitt the possession of the said a
house of Correction with the Appurtenances and the Goods
& Utensils thereunto belonging hereunder particularly
menconed in good plight and condition Together with the
Prisoners comitted to his custody as Governor or Keeper of
the said House of Correction and then remaining undischarged
in such manner and to such Person or Persons as he shall
be required to do by any Order of Generall or Quarter
Sessions of the Peace for the sd. County, And that in Case
the said Adam Harker< no role > shall continue Keeper of the sd.
house of Correction untill the time of his death Then if
the Execrs. or Admrs. of the said Adam Harker< no role > doe
forthwith deliver up the aforesaid Goods and Utensills
belonging to the said house of Correction hereunder
particularly menconed in good plight and condition
together with the Prisoners which were comitted to the
Custody of the sd. Adam Harker< no role > as Governor or Keeper
of the said house of Correction and shall be then
undischarged in Such manner and to such Person or
Persons as they shall be required to do by any Order
of Generall or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the
said County Then this Obligation to be void or else
to remain in full force.
