For prevencon of persons Indicted in this Court from being
discharged thereof in a clandestine or undue manner & of
other irregularitys, It is Ordered by this Court that
for the future noe confession of any Indictmt. shall be
taken nor other speciall matter transacted in this
Court in an afternoon without the leave of the
Chairman of this Court,
