Keeper of the said House of Correction, And do & shall
likewise well and truely Accompt with and pay or cause
to be paid unto the Clerk of the Peace for the said County
for the time being or his Deputy all such Fees as the
said Adam Harker< no role > or his respective Servant or Servants
shall or without his or their wilfull default may during
the time he shall continue Governor or Keeper of the said
House of Correction receive for the use of such Clerk of
the Peace of any Prisoner or Prisoners comitted or to be
comitted to the said House of Correction , And also allow
unto the Matron of the said house of Correction for the time
being the Apartment therein formerly allowed to the
Matrons thereof, And that in case the said Adam Harker< no role >
shall be displaced and discharged from the sd. Office
or Employment of Governor or Keeper of the said House
of Correction by Order of the Justices of the Peace for
the said County to be assembled in their Generall Quarter
Sessions or the Major part of them That then he the said
Adam Harker< no role > shall forthwith peaceably deliver up
and quitt the possession of the said house of Correction with
the Appurtenances and the Goods and Utensills thereto
belonging hereunder particularly menconed in good plight
and Condition Together with the Prisoners comitted to
his Custody as Governor or Keeper of the said House of
Correction and then remaining undischarged in such
manner and to such Person or Persons as he shall be
required to do by any Order of Generall or Quarter
Sessions of the peace for this County And also that
he the said Adam Harker< no role > do forthwith enter into
a Bond or Obligation unto Robert Thornhill< no role > Esquire
Joseph Offley< no role > Esquire and John Milner< no role > Esquire Justices
of the peace for this County in the penall Sum of Five
hundred pounds with such Condition as is above written
and also that in case the said Adam Harker< no role > shall
continue Keeper of the said House of Correction to the
time of his death That then the Executors or Admrs. of
the said Adam Harker< no role > shall forthwith deliver up
