the aforesaid Goods and Utensills belonging to the sd. house
of Correction hereunder particularly menconed in good plight
and condition Together with the Prisoners which were comitted
to the Custody of the said Adam Harker< no role > as Governor or
Keeper of the said House of Correction and shall be then
undischarged in such manner and to such Person or Persons
as they shall be required to do by any Order of Generall
or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for this County.

An accompt of the goods & utensills belonging to the house of
Correccon at Clerkenwell to which the above written
Order referrs

Be the goods & utensills menconed under the
coppy of the Bond given by the above named
Adam Harker< no role > afterwards entred in this book,

P adjorn Martis 19o. die Januar 1719.

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recomended and referred unto Martin Ryder< no role > and Joseph
Offley
< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for this County to peruse Settle and approve
of the Bond to be given pursuant to the resolutions
of this Court in Five hundred pounds penalty and the
Condition thereof by Adam Harker< no role > whom this Court
hath appointed to be Governor and Keeper of the
House of Correction at Clerkenwell in this County
in the room of Giles Quinny< no role > deceased
