Whereas by Order made at the last Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace holden for this County by adjornment on the Ninth
day of July last It was referred unto John Milner< no role > This name instance is in set 4214.

Kingsford
< no role > John Ellis< no role > John Shorey< no role > John How< no role > John Fuller< no role >
D'Oyly Michel< no role > John Metcalfe< no role > and William Booth< no role >
Esquires twelve of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
this County or any five of them and such other Justices
of the Peace of the said County as would think fit to be
present to take a View of the Corporacon Work house at
Clerkenwell in this County and of the other Buildings
adjoyning held by Lease granted to Sr. Thomas Rowe< no role >
Knight by the Trustees of this County in the Year of our
Lord One thousand Six hundred eighty five for a Term
of Fifty One Years at thirty pounds per Annum, And
to inspect the Repairs wanting to be done at the said house,
and to see what in their Judgement it would want
effectually to make good the said Repairs, and how much
the said house and buildings will produce at the end
of the said Term, and to Report to this Court whether
in their Judgement it will be for the benefit of this
County to add an additional Term to the said Lease
on the Terms proposed by John Bellers< no role > Daniel
Vandewall and Joseph Hackney< no role > in the said Order
named or to continue the said premisses at the present
Rent for the remainder of the Term of Years yet to come,
Now upon reading the Report of the said John Milner< no role >
William Kingsford< no role > John Metcalfe< no role > Alexander Ward< no role >
John Shorey< no role > D'Oyly Michel< no role > and William Booth< no role > and also
of John Venner< no role > and Joseph Hayne< no role > Esquires two other of
his Majestys Justices of the peace for this County It
approach to this Court that the said Referrees have
viewed and inspected the said Workhouse and the Buildings
