Thompson otherwise called Nathaniel Thompson< no role > and John
Scott
< no role > to enter in and on board a certain Ship or Vessel
called the Friendship then lying and being on the River
Thames with on intent to cause the said Tilney Rising< no role >
Duncan Thompson< no role > otherwise called Nathaniel Thompson< no role >
and John Scott< no role > to be carried and conveyed in and on board
the said last mentioned Ship or Vessel to Eleanour in
parts beyond the seas there to serve in and on board
the said Foreign Ship called the Hercules as Seamen
and Mariners in the service of the said Empress of
All the Russias being such Foreign Prince as
aforesaid without the Licence of our said Lord the
King first had and obtained in that behalf, against
the peace of our said Lord the King his Crown and
Dignity

Now I do hereby authorize and require
You to enter or cause to be entered a
Nolle Prosequi upon the said Indictment
and to cause all proceedings on the said
Indictment to be forthwith discharged
And for so doing this shall be your
Warrant Dated this 24th: day of June
1789 .
