combine confederate conspire and agree together with divers
other Persons whose Names are unknown to cause and
procure Mariners, Seamen and Sea faring Mens natural born
subjects of our said Lord the King into enter themselves into
the pay and Service of a Foreign Prince, to wit the Impress
of All the Russias and to serve as Seamer and Mariners
in Foreign Vessels without the licence of our said Lord
the King first had and obtained in that behalf And
that they in pursuance of such unlawful Conspiracy
unlawfully did contract and agree with one Tilney Rising< no role >
and one Duncan Thompson< no role > otherwise called Nathaniel
Thompson< no role > and John Scott< no role > to serve as Seamen and Mariners
in the Pay and Service of the Empress of All the Russias
(the said Empress being a Foreign Prince) on board a certain
Foreign Vessel called the Hercules They the said Tilney
Rising, Duncan Thompson otherwise called Nathaniel
Thompson and John Scott< no role > and each of them respectively
then being Mariners Seamen and Sea faring Men and
natural born Subjects of our said Lord the King and not
having had or obtained any licence of our said Lord
the King in that behalf (the said Anthony Brough< no role >
and Francis Davey Willcox< no role > also well knowing the said
Tilney Rising, Duncan Thompson otherwise called
Nathaniel Thompson< no role > and John Scott< no role > then were Mariners
Seamen and Seafaring Men and natural born Subjects
of our said Lord the King and that they had not obtained
any licence of our said Lord the King in that behalf
And that the said Anthony Brough< no role > and Francis Dovey
Willcox in further pursuance of such unlawful conspiracy
and in order to carry the same into effect unlawfully
