Take Notice that the Court will be moved at the next Quarter Sessions
to be held at the Sessions House in the Old Bailey in and for the City of London on
Wednesday the twenty second day of April instant or so soon after as Councel can be
heard for a Copy of the Indictment preferred in September Sessions last against
the above named William Cook< no role > and one William Akers< no role > for stealing one Hempen
Sack of the value of ten pence and four Bushels of wheat of the value of twenty
Shillings therein stated to be the Goods and Chattles of the above named James Lyon< no role >
and one Thomas Ashby< no role > the elder William Ashby< no role > Robert Ashby< no role > and Thomas Ashby< no role > the
younger and upon which Indictment in October Sessions last the above named William
Cook was tried and acquitted Dated this 14th. day of April 1789 -
