THESE are. in his Majesty's Name to command you, and
every of you, forthwith safely to convey and deliver into the
custody of the said Keeper, the Body of William Fillery< no role >
being charged
before me, one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
said City and Liberties, by the Oath of John Hanagan< no role > John
Wood< no role > & John Negns< no role > with wilfully malirious by &
feloniously shooting at William Hages< no role > with a certain
Pistol loaded with Powder & Ball and thereby dangering
Wounding him the said William Hayes< no role >
Whom you the said Keeper are hereby required to receive and him
in your Custody safely keep
until he shall be discharged by due Course of Law;
and for your so doing, this shall be to you and each of you,a
sufficient Warrant. Given under my Hand and Seal, this 19th
Day of June 1789
