maketh Oath and Saith that he
this Deponent
was about six Weeks since called to attend
William Dalton< no role >
the Prosecutor
abovenamed who this Deponent
was
informed had not with a dangerous Accident in his endeavours
to apprehend the said John Ward< no role >
and Richard Gurney< no role >
for the
Felony
aforesaid And this Deponent
saith that he immediately
attended the said William Dalton< no role >
and found he had received
a dangerous wound on his Head, that his Collar Bone was
fractured and that he had received a very dangerous
wound on his left Leg together with divers other wounds and
Bruises in several parts of his Body And this Deponent saith
that he hath ever since Continued to attend the said William
Dalton< no role >
in this Deponents
Profession of a Surgeon
and that
the said William Dalton< no role >
from the aforesaid Wounds and Bruises
hath been [..] unable to attend at this present Session to
prosecute the said John Ward< no role >
and Richard Gurney< no role >
And
lastly this Deponent
saith that the said William Dalton< no role >
is now in a fair way of Recovery and will as this Deponent
verily beleives be able to attend at the next Sessions of the
Peace and Gaol Delivery to be holden for the said City of London
to prosecute the said John Ward< no role >
and Richard Gurney< no role >
