to keep the Peace of our said Lord the King within the said
City and also to hear and determine divers Felonies

Whereas by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the City of London
and Liberties
thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the Eighth day of June last

was removed and conveyes from and out of the Parish
of Saint Olave in Silver Street London to the Parish of Christ Church
in the
County of Middlesex
as the Place of his last legal Settlement Now upon
hearing the Petition and Appeal of the Church wardens and Overseers of
the poor of the said Parish of Christ Church
exhibited this day unto this Court
against the Warrant and Judgment of the said two Justices in the presence and
hearing of the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Saint Olave Silver Street
It is by the Consent of all parties Ordered that
the Warrant and Judgment of the said two Justices be quashed Vacated and
set aside and that the said Appeal be allowed and the same is hereby
allowed accordingly. And it is hereby further Ordered that the said Joseph
Legoe be forthwith sent back and delivered unto the Church wardens and
Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Olave Silver Street to be by
them maintained and provided for until they can free themselves from the
charge thereof by due course of Law And it is hereby further
Ordered that the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Saint Olave Silver Street
do forthwith pay or Cause to be paid to the Church
wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Christ Church
in
the County of Middlesex
the sum of Twenty two Shillings for and
towards their charges and Expences in and about the relief and
Maintenance of the said Joseph Legoe since his said Removal
