At the General Session of Oyer and Terminer of our Lord the
at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey within the parish of Saint Sepulchers in the Ward of
King holden for the City of London (by Adjournment) farringdon without on Friday
the Second day of March in the Twenty Seven Year of the Reign of
our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered that the Defendants William Priddle< no role > and Stephen
Stephens shall not be admitted to Bail until forty Eight hours Notice
thereof be given to the Prosecutor except the Bail proposed be the same
Person as are mentioned in their Notice of Bail for this Day in
which Case Twenty four Hours Notice to the Prosecutor shall be
sufficient And it is further Ordered that the Recognizance and of such
Bail shall not be less than fifty Pounds each and the Principals in
One hundred Pounds each.
