above named now a Prisoner in his Majesty's
Goal of Newgate
on the Prosecution of the above Named Patrick
Welsh or a charge of Forgery Maketh Oath and saith that
Mathew Mr. Guire of Dublin in the Kingdom of Ireland
Victualler
is a material and necessary Witness for this
Deponent on his Trial without whose Testimony this
Deponent cannot with safety take his Trial and this
Deponent further Saith that he verily believes he shall
be able to obtain the Testimony of the said Mathew
Mr. Guire at the next Sessions.
