Mercy
without day
The said Court having seen and fully understood all and singular
the Promises It is Considered that the said William recover
against the said Matthew the said Damages so as aforesaid
assessed by the said Jury and also Thirty three Pounds nineteen
Shillings for the Increoue of his said Corts and Charges Adjudged
by the said Court to the said William at his request which said
Damages Amount in the Whole to the Sum of Thirty seven
Pounds and It is also Considered that the said William be in Mercy
for his false Complaint against the said Stephen as to the
Premises whereof the said Stephen is by the said Jury in form
aforesaid acquitted. and that the said Stephen go thereof without
day Etc.
