Oath and say And this Deponent
the said William Blackburn< no role >
for
himself saith That he was bound by Recognizance in the Penalty
on Ten Pounds for his Appearance at the Gaol Delivery of Newgate
held in the Months pf April last to give Evidence against Harriott
Barnes< no role >
Elizabeth Barrett< no role >
and Elizabeth Mason< no role >
for Felony And
Deponent
saith he did accordingly attend with the other Deponent who
was also bound over to prosecute the said Persons at the Clerk of
Indictments Office in the Old Bailey
and gave in his Name to the
Person then officiating in said Office for the Purpose of being called upon
to give Evidence in the said Prosecution and Deponent afterwards duly
attended at the out side of the Grand Jury Room Door and was ready
to give his Evidence if called upon but he was not called in by the
Grand Jury who as Deponent hath been informed and believes did
not find the said Bill true but rejected or threw out the same; And
this Deponent the said Joseph Prior< no role >
for himself saith that the said other
Deponent did in the Stealing of this Deponent give in his Name
at the Clerk of the Indictment Office at the Old Bailey
and
attended to give his Evidence according to the Condition of his
Recognizance as above stated but was not called by the Grand
Jury for that Purpose to the Knowledge and Belief of this
Deponent.
